AHORRO OBLIGATORIO CAJA DE VIVIENDA MILITAR . Los Agentes de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo contribuirán con el siete por ciento (7%) del sueldo básico mensual, como ahorro obligatorio, con destino a la Caja de Vivienda Militar para efectos de solución de vivienda. Igualmente contribuirán los retirados con derecho a asignación de retiro o pensión que lo soliciten.
