Art. 8. ° El que siendo empleado público fuere elegido Senador o Representante, podrá obtener licencia, por el término legal para asistir al Congreso, y volver luego á su empleo. Esta disposición no comprende a los empleados del Poder Judicial que tengan jurisdicción.
