Art. 21º Los funcionarios públicos que aplicaren a sus empresas particulares el trabajo personal subsidiario ó las herramientas y demás objetos que á el corresponden, incurrirán en la pena de multa de $20 á 200 oro, que será impuesta por el empleado superior inmediato, sin perjuicio de la responsabilidad criminal por el delito, y de pública destitución del empleo.
