Para atender al normal funcionamiento del "Instituto de Fomento Forestal", establécense los siguientes recursos:

Aporte de $500.000.oo de las rentas nacionales, que deberán ser apropiados en los Presupuestos anuales;

Todas las sumas que se recauden por concepto de explotación y exploración de productos forestales;

Las multas que se recauden por infracciones a las disposiciones sobre bosques; y

El producto de la estampilla forestal, de que se hablará luego.
