Articulo 4° El Archivero sólo podrá entregar a los particulares y a las oficinas aquellos documentos que no sea necesario conservar en el archivo, previa orden de los Secretarios de las Cámaras, y los que hayan sido ordenados devolver por ninguna de las Cámaras, entrega que deberá hacerse dejándose en un libro la constancia del caso.
