Autorízase a la Federación Nacional de Cafeteros para que, mediante reinversión de los dividendos que correspondieron al Fondo Nacional del Café como accionista de la Corporación Financiera de Caldas durante el ejercicio de 1993, suscriba y pague para dicho Fondo, hasta $540.879.820 en acciones de la misma corporación, a un valor de $309.00 cada una. El saldo, es decir $208.030.700,00 los recibirá en dinero efectivo.
