° La persona que ejerza la profesión de cirujano dentista u odontólogo dentro del territorio de la República sin sujeción al presente Decreto, será castigada con una multa de cien a doscientos pesos por la primera vez; en el caso de reincidencia, la multa será doble. Estas multas, que podrán ser convertibles en arresto, las impondrá la respectiva Junta Seccional y serán destinadas a los Lazaretos del país, siendo apelables ante la Dirección Nacional de Higiene.
