º El literal f) del artículo 2.1.2.2.10 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, quedará así: "f) Aprobar préstamos a personas naturales o jurídicas para financiar la adquisición de acciones y bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones de sociedades anónimas nacionales. Respecto de acciones de entidades vigiladas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, tal clase de préstamos sólo podrán otorgarse para la suscripción de incrementos de capital o en procesos de privatización de entidades públicas".
