Declarase exentos de los derechos de importación los elementos que introduzcan los Departamentos para las respectivas Policías Departamentales. Estos elementos serán: vestuario, equipo y utensilios. Para efectuar estos pedidos, las Gobernaciones se entenderán con el Gobierno Nacional por conducto de los respectivos Ministerios.
