Art. 9°. El Poder Ejecutivo al convocar al Congreso a sesiones extraordinarias, señalará los locales para las sesiones de las Cámaras. La convocación se participará individualmente a cada uno de los Senadores y representantes por conducto del Gobernador del respectivo Departamento sin perjuicio de la publicación del correspondiente Decreto.
