Representante del Ministro de Educación Nacional. El Ministerio de Educación Nacional tendrá un representante de su libre nombramiento y remoción ante cada uno de los departamentos, y ante el Distrito Capital de Santafé de Bogotá, que lo representará ante las juntas departamentales y distritales de educación. Ejercerá la coordinación ordenada por el artículo 148 de esta ley y cumplirá las demás funciones que le asigne el Ministro de Educación. CAPITULO
