Clase de reuniones . Las reuniones de la asamblea general de accionistas podrán ser ordinarias o extraordinarias. La reunión ordinaria se realizara dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de corte de cuentas y fin de ejercicio, en el domicilio social, el día, mes y hora que determine la junta directiva; las extraordinarias se llevaran acabo cuando las necesidades imprevistas o urgentes de la compañía así lo exijan, previa convocatoria efectuada en la forma indicada en el artículo treinta (30) de estos estatutos. No obstante podrá reunirse sin previa citación y en cualquier sitio, cuando estén representadas la totalidad de las acciones suscritas.
