ARTICULO 16 . Del Comité de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones. - El Comité de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones estará integrado por

1.

El Secretario General quien lo presidirá;

2.

El Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica;

3.

El Jefe de la División Administrativa;

4.

Un representante de los Superintendentes Delegados Seccionales;

Parágrafo

A las sesiones del Comité asistirá el Jefe de la Oficina de Control Interno, con voz pero sin voto.
