°. Para la ejecución de los actos administrativos los Gobernadores pueden ser auxiliados con el concurso de juntas o comisiones patrióticas, en ramos especiales, de conformidad con el artículo 331de la Ley 4ª de 1913, sin que tales Juntas ejerzan funciones administrativas del Gobierno.
