Art. 1918. Si el vendedor conocia los vicios i no los declaró, o si los vicios eran tales que el vendedor haya debido conocerlos por razon de su profesion u oficio, será obligado no solo a la restitucion o a la rebaja del precio, sino a la indemnizacion de perjuicios; pero si el vendedor no conocía los vicios, ni eran tales que por su profesion u oficio debiera conocerlos, solo será obligado a la restitucion o la rebaja del precio.
