ARTÍCULO 18

La presente Convención no afecta el principio de que los delitos mencionados en el artículo 3 serán en cada país-sin que por ello se les permita la impunidad-definidos, perseguidos y castigados de conformidad con las reglas generales de su respectiva legislación interna.
