Art. 14. Los denunciantes y aprehensores de contrabandos podrán recibir, á opción suya, la cuota parte que les corresponda en las mismas especies del contrabando, siempre que éstas fueren divisibles, sin menoscabo, del valor total. En caso de que las mercaderías aprehendidas no fueren divisibles ó lo fueren con menoscabo, el tanto por ciento de gratificación se calculará sobre el precio de fábrica de la mercancía.
