Los derechos notariales y de registro que se causen por la escritura de constitución de empresas industriales y comerciales del orden nacional, departamental y municipal, se liquidarán sobre la base de los aportes de las entidades no exentas que intervienen en el acto, las cuales pagarán en proporción a sus aportes.
