Renuencia en la firma de actas de escrutinio. Los jurados de votación o los Delegados de la Corte que se nieguen a firmar las correspondientes actas de escrutinio incurrirán, los primeros, en arresto de tres meses a un año, y los segundos, en arresto de uno a tres años. En caso de que no estuvieren de acuerdo con el contenido de las actas podrán dejar las constancias necesarias pero, en todos los casos, las deberán firmar.
