ARTICULO 65 . Motivación y término para imponer la sanción. El acto administrativo mediante el cual se imponga la sanción debe ser motivado. El funcionario que sea competente para imponer la sanción disciplinaria, dispondrá de un término de diez días hábiles para adoptar la correspondiente determinación, contados a partir del día siguiente a aquel en que reciba el expediente.
