° La Sección de Crédito Público llevará una cuenta clara y precisa de los vales que se emitan, y también de los que vayan amortizándose ; y el día último de cada mes hará una relación detallada de unos y otros , la cual se publicará dentro de los seis días siguientes en el Diario Oficial . Al pie de la relación dicha debe figurar el saldo de los vales en circulación.
