El representante legal del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro será el Administrador Fiduciario del mismo, en los términos y condiciones que se establecen en el contrato cuya celebración se autoriza en el Artículo 10 del Decreto 3118 de 1968 Mientras se perfecciona el contrato a que se refiere el citado artículo, o no se encuentre vigente, el representante del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro será presidido por el Presidente de la Junta Directiva de ese organismo, que suscribirá el respectivo contrato a nombre del mismo.
