La apropiación global de que trata el artículo 39 de la Ley 154 de 1959, será girada por el Gobierno a la Empresa en cuatro contados dentro de los primeros cinco días de cada trimestre. Las compensaciones entre recaudos y giros se harán al final de cada vigencia, de acuerdo con el artículo precitado.
