º En ningún caso el desembolso de los recursos que asegure la nación a través del Banco de la República a la institución financiera nacionalizada de conformidad con el presente Decreto, podrá exceder de la diferencia entre activos y pasivos de la respectiva entidad a la fecha de su nacionalización, excluyendo el aporte de capital de los accionistas.
