º . El numeral 1 del artículo 3º, Referente al Cumplimiento de la Ley 549 de 1999 regulado por el Decreto 1308 de 2003 quedará así: "1. Que la entidad haya realizado los aportes a su cargo en el Fonpet, establecidos en el artículo 2º de la Ley 549 de 1999. En el caso de los Departamentos y el Distrito Capital se verificará que se haya realizado al menos un (1) aporte en cada uno de los meses del año calendario respectivo. Esta última verificación se realizará para la distribución de recursos que deba efectuarse a partir de diciembre de 2003".
