Es de cargo de la Academia cooperar con el Gobierno en la creación y funcionamiento de un museo de Ciencias Naturales, un Jardín Botánico y otro Zoológico, los que se establecerán en la capital de la República según vayan permitiéndolo las capacidades fiscales de ella.

Parágrafo

En los Presupuestos se incluirán, a medida de las circunstancias, las sumas necesarias para este intento.
