La prima de antigüedad para los empleados públicos docentes de las Instituciones Oficiales de Educación Superior del Orden Nacional, se incrementará de acuerdo con los límites y porcentajes establecidos en el artículo anterior. Si al aplicar el porcentaje establecido, resultaren centavos se desecharán. En dicho reajuste se entienden involucrados los incrementos por año cumplido de servicios, ordenados para dicho personal en disposiciones anteriores a este decreto.
