Art 3° Las adjudicaciones de terrenos baldíos que se concedan a los empresarios de este camino se harán por cuotas proporcionales, a medida que se vayan entregando terminadas y en perfecto estado de servicio las secciones en que se divida el camino; de tal modo que la adjudicación completa y definitiva de las cuotas que se hayan estipulado, no tendrá lugar sino a la terminación y entrega de toda la obra.
