Los acreedores de una persona teatral u otra semejante no pueden secuestrar la parte del producto de los espectáculos que corresponden al autor o al artista ni esta parte se considerará incluida en el auto que decrete el secuestro, salvo que el secuestro haya sido dictado contra el autor mismo.
