ARTICULO 275. Desconocimiento del hábeas corpus. El juez que no tramite o decida dentro de los términos legales una petición de hábeas corpus o por cualquier medio obstaculice su tramitación, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años y pérdida del empleo.
