Definición de las medidas. El componente de medidas articuladas para vivir en dignidad del Programa de Protección Integral está compuesto por las políticas, programas, acciones y medidas dirigidas a la protección y el empoderamiento de la población objeto, con el fin de reducir las brechas relacionadas con la discriminación, estigmatización y exclusión. Consiste en acciones inmateriales y materiales de prevención relacionadas con la seguridad humana y reincorporación integral a la vida civil, así como al ejercicio de la participación política.

Parágrafo

Las medidas de que trata el presente artículo se articularán con las disposiciones del Decreto 299 de 2017.
