Aclárase el artículo 9º del Decreto 90 de 1995, el cual quedará así: A partir del 1º de enero de 1995 los empleos de Asesores 210-43, 210-40, 210-39, 220-39, 210-37 y 210-35 del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República tendrán derechos previa autorización del Director de dicho Departamento, a la Prima Técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que lo modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
