El titular de una licencia no podrá cederla ni conceder sublicencias sin autorización del titular de la patente y de la oficina nacional competente, y en todo caso la patente respectiva deberá continuar siendo explotada, adecuadamente. Será aplicable al titular de la licencia la obligación del titular de la patente de acreditar el comienzo de la explotación.
