Transporte de Carga . Durante el estado de emergencia económica, social y ecológica y el aislamiento preventivo obligatorio, se deberá garantizar el servicio de transporte de carga en el territorio nacional, que sean estrictamente necesarios para prevenir, mitigar y atender la emergencia sanitaria por causa del Coronavirus COVID-19 y las permitidas en el Decreto 457 de 22 de marzo de 2020.
