Art. 1.° Destínase del Tesoro nacional la suma de cien mil pesos($ 100,000) para auxiliar á los Estados de Santander, Boyacá, Bolívar y Magdalena por los estragos que ha causado en ellos la langosta. Este auxilio se distribuirá entre dichos Estados en proporcion á los daños causados por la plaga y la penuria de las poblaciones invalidas por aquella.

Parágrafo

El Poder Ejecutivo pedirá los informes del caso y ordenará, segun éstos, la distribucion respectiva.
