Art. 62. La prescripción de la acción y de la pena en materias de prensa, se cumplen en cuatro meses, contados desde la comisión del delito o la fecha de la sentencia, respectivamente, si el delito fuere el de injuria o calumnia. En los demás casos, el término para la prescripción será de noventa días.
