°. Sede . La sede del Consejo Nacional Electoral, será la ciudad de Bogotá, D. C., y ejercerá sus funciones a nivel nacional.

Parágrafo transitorio

El Consejo Nacional Electoral funcionará en las instalaciones de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil ubicadas en la Avenida calle 26 No. 51-50 - CAN de la ciudad de Bogotá, D. C., hasta tanto adquiera la sede propia.
