° Para los efectos de la franquicia aduanera concedida por el artículo 5° de la Ley 4ª de este año, solamente pueden importarse libres de derechos los siguientes efectos: Arados, sus rejas y sus repuestos. Máquinas para destruir hormigueros. Maquinarias y trenes hidráulicos que pesen más de 500 kilos, para regadíos. Rastras y rastrillos. Segadoras, sembradoras y distribuidores de abonos. Tractores de cualquier clase.
