El monto mínimo de capital pagado que deberán acreditar las sociedades corredoras de reaseguros para solicitar su inscripción ante la Superintendencia Bancaria, será de veinte millones de pesos ($ 20.000.000). Este monto se ajustará anualmente, en forma automática, en el mismo sentido y porcentaje en que varíe el índice de precios al consumidor que suministre el DANE.
