º . Tema de Cuenta del Fonam. Los recursos del Fonam se manejarán a través de un sistema especial de manejo de cuentas del Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.

Parágrafo

Los recursos del Fonam podrán ser administrados por uno o varios intermediarios financieros, mediante contratos de fiducia o administración o encargo fiduciario, acordes con lo establecido en el estatuto contractual vigente.
