Solución de controversias. Las controversias que se originen entre las partes contratantes en virtud del contrato sindical podrán ser resueltas por arbitramento voluntario u otros mecanismos alternativos, si así lo acuerdan las partes, o en su defecto por la jurisdicción laboral y de la seguridad social.
