Articulo 2° Los becados tendrán derecho al reconocimiento de una asignación mensual de ciento cincuenta pesos ($ 150.00) mensuales por concepto de gastos personales y extras durante él tiempo en que permanezcan adelantando dichos estudios y será además de cargo del Gobierno el reconocimiento de los gastos de transportes de ida y regreso, que serán fijados por resolución del Ministerio de la Economía Nacional.
