º . El artículo 6º del Decreto 539 quedará así: "Artículo 6º. Transfiérese a Minercol Ltda. o a quien haga sus veces, la propiedad de los activos inherentes a la exploración y explotación de las Salinas Marítimas y Terrestres de Nemocón, Zipaquirá, Galerazamba y Upín que hoy en día administra el Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI. La transferencia de esos activos se hará efectiva mediante acta de entrega por parte del IFI como administrador de esos bienes a Minercol Ltda. o a quien haga sus veces, una vez se suscriba el acta de liquidación final del nuevo régimen transitorio que aquí se ordena a más tardar el 31 de diciembre de 2001".
