Terminación del contrato por reconocimiento de pensión. La justa causa para terminar el contrato de trabajo por reconocimiento al trabajador de la pensión de jubilación estando al servicio del empleador, sólo procederá cuando se trate de la pensión plena, de acuerdo con la ley, la convención, el pacto colectivo o el laudo arbitral.
