Todo aquel a quienconforme a la ley pueda aprovechar o perjudicar una sentencia, tiene derecho a intervenir en el juicio, coadyuvando o defendiendo la causa que le interesa.

Si alguno se opone a la intervención, se sustancia el incidente como articulación, debiéndose condenar en perjuicios y costas al que resulte vencido.
