Elección. La sociedad tendrá un Revisor Fiscal que será elegido por la Asamblea General de Accionistas con un suplente que reemplazará al principal en sus faltas ocasionales, temporales o absolutas. La elección será para períodos de dos (2) años sin perjuicio de que la misma Asamblea pueda proceder a su remoción en cualquier tiempo. La Junta Directiva de la sociedad, a su vez, podrá designar un Auditor Externo, al cual se le aplicarán las incompatibilidades previstas en estos Estatutos para la Revisoría Fiscal. Dicha designación podrá recaer sobre una persona jurídica.
