La Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero podrá otorgar a pequeños productores agropecuarios créditos con la sola firma del deudor. En los créditos a otros usuarios, la Junta Directiva de la Caja Agraria determinará las garantías que habrá de exigir.
