PASAJES PARA FAMILIARES POR COMISIÓN . Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, destinados en comisiones permanentes tendrán derecho a pasajes para ellos, sus esposas e hijos legítimos. Cuando se trate de comisiones transitorias, será potestativo del Ministerio de Defensa autorizar pasajes para la esposa e hijos legítimos del empleado. CAPÍTULO II. LICENCIAS Y ENCARGOS.
