El Gobierno Nacional determinará las entidades y organismos que se encargarán, en cada caso, de las medidas de que trata el artículo anterior, teniendo en cuenta las funciones que a ellos corresponden según la ley, y señalará la entidad encargada de coordinar la ejecución de esas medidas.
