Nomenclatura orgánica. La nomenclatura orgánica del Instituto, será la siguiente

En el nivel directivo, el Instituto contará con un Director que será su representante legal;

Tendrá también un Comité Técnico encargado de prestar asesoría en la planeación de actividades técnicas y la coordinación de las distintas ramas de esta actividad;

Las unidades operativas del Instituto, incluidas las que atienden los servicios administrativos internos, se denominarán Divisiones Secciones y Grupos. Para el estudio y solución de asuntos especiales la Dirección podrá constituir, con personal no inferior a nivel de Jefe de Grupo, Comisiones de Estudio.
